About The CASE Journal The CASE Journal (TCJ) began publication as an online journal in October 2004 with Herb Sherman as its founding editor. Since that time, the journal has thrived. Its second editor was Peggy Naumes, and its third editor is Gina Vega (see contact information below), who welcomes your questions, offers to review, and submission of cases and articles.
